The website https://www.eggnest.ai/ (the “Site”) is owned and operated by EggNest.ai, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). The Site currently provides information related to the Company’s products and services and the ability for customers to contact the Company for further information, including for inquiring about obtaining Company’s services (the “Services”). Company does not meet the definition of a “business” under the California Consumer Privacy Act and its business does not currently trigger other U.S. state consumer privacy laws. Company does not direct products or services to residents of the United Kingdom, Canada, or the European Economic Area.

This Privacy Policy informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Site and Services and the choices you have associated with that information.
